Misunderstanding Smoothed Over
We had a misunderstanding of expectations, and I almost didn't get the t-shirts when I needed them. Textural Tees listened when I complained about it and actually heard why I misunderstood what their site said. They refunded the extra money I spent trying to get the shirts fast, and I ended up chasing down the package just in time to get the shirts to my son at school for their dodge ball tournament! The shirts are also a nice quality shirt. They didn't have the vintage look shown in the picture, but that was fine.
