30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your order, we ask that you contact us first at support@textualtees.com and give us the chance to make it right.  If you still wish to return your order, then you have 30 days from the time the order was shipped (Nov-Dec this time is extended to Jan 30th).

Products that have been worn or that are covered in hair, dirt, or stains can not be returned.  Any items return in these conditions will not be credited.  Special sale items such as mystery items and daily deal items are not eligible for return. 

Original paid shipping is not refundable and is deducted from the refund amount.  If the order is reshipped due to incorrect addresses that amount will also be deducted from the refund amount.

EXCHANGE

Please double-check our size chart to verify your sizing before placing an order.  If the item ordered doesn't fit, we offer a free size exchange policy, however you would be required to pay for return shipping and shipping to get the item back.
