Never received my package. It looks to have disappeared after being received by Canada Post, so it is no fault of this company. The staff were extremely understanding and helpful with my issue, and tried everything they could to resolve it. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about DHL or Canada Post. I would definitely purchase from TextualTees again, however I would arrange with them for a different shipping company next time.

Shipping to Hawaii
First off let me just say that ordering was fast and easy. I ordered on 9/19 got a shipping confirmation on 9/20, super fast. Followed the package online with the UPS tracking (love that btw) things were moving along smoothly then on 9/25 it got to California and the tracking stopped (thats where they transferred the box to the USPS) waited and waited and no updates so i decide to email the company. I get a response the next day from Luke ready to remedy the situation. My only concern was i wanted my items by halloween because i ordered a hat for my sons costume. Luke assured me he will get it to me by then. Then on 10/5 the box arrived (yay!) I do expect when i order stuff online it may take a while because i live in hawaii but somtimes i get stuff really quick. So i wasnt sure if the box got lost just because the tracking stopped. All in all i was very satisfied with the outcome and products. Thanks again to Luke for helping me through this:blush:
